The Digital and Population Data Services Agency (DVV) is at the forefront of digital transformation, delivering online services that support people across all stages of life.

I have led multiple projects as the responsible designer, focusing not only on the sub-services of the Suomi.fi online platform but also on the tools and everyday workflows used by public sector employees. I have been involved in the design, development, and implementation of these systems, ensuring they are both efficient and user-friendly.

My work spans a wide range of design activities, including conducting extensive user interviews, creating prototypes and service concepts, and improving the usability and mobile optimization of online services. I collaborate closely with various stakeholders to align design solutions with organizational goals while keeping end users at the center of every decision. By combining user insights, analytics data, and customer feedback, I identify usability bottlenecks and continuously refine services to meet real user needs.
